Digital Products

All Grampsaid products are digital PDF files delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the content is delivered electronically and immediately accessible, all sales are generally final.

We stand behind the quality of our content. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, we want to know about it.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will review and process a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive a download link and we were unable to resolve the delivery issue
• You were charged twice for the same product
• There is a technical defect in the file that prevents it from being opened or read

How to Request a Refund

Email support@grampsaid.com with your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds that are approved are processed back to the original payment method through Gumroad. Processing time depends on your card issuer and typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after download
• Disagreement with the content, perspective, or recommendations
• Duplicate purchases where both downloads were accessed
• Claims that the information was already known
